Any operation carried out with personal data, such as collection, production, receipt, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of the information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.

Controller
An individual or a private or governmental legal entity who makes decisions regarding the processing of personal data.

Processor
An individual or a private or governmental legal entity who treats personal data on behalf of the controller.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Person named by the controller for communication and direct matters involving the data subject and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD)

We confirm that we respect and work to guarantee the rights of data subjects as provided for in the LGPD (General Data Protection Act):

Confirmation of the existence of data processing.

Access to personal data being processed.

Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data.

Data portability to another data controller.

Deletion of data (under the conditions specified by law).

Information about the sharing of your data, if any.

Withdrawal of previously granted consent.

Opposition if you disagree with any processing carried out without your consent and consider it unlawful.

We declare that we are working on complying with the law by adopting a privacy governance framework, with the aim of ensuring full compliance with the law.

We undertake proactive actions to continuously improve our data privacy and security.
