The solution provided by this tool is based on the internet. Hence, documents can be accessed at any time, from anywhere. Its use can be either departmental (centralized) or distributed (decentralized in stores, branches, agencies, etc.). Safe-Doc enables the management of scanned documents. Integration is carried out with a virtual printer (PDF), which replaces the need to print and file physical documents. There is also the possibility of generating reports for document auditing.

We work with 3CX, a company specialized in enterprise cloud telephone services, which are more convenient for customers. Our team can answer calls from the office, from a mobile phone or a notebook, as well as holding video conferences.

Our partner here is Jettax, which has a 100% online platform, enabling us to obtain several types of invoice documents from hundreds of Brazilian municipalities, as well as auditing federal withholdings and the PIS and Cofins tax payments.
